About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will play a critical role in developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and promote our services.

We are looking for someone who can.Work closely with the Graphic Designer to commission artwork for a range of purposes, including flyers/leaflets/booklet and social media postsAssist with planning our attendance at industry events, such as 100% OpticalMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and partnersPlan and monitor the company presence on social media, increasing followers and engagement month on monthAssist with the development of engaging online content, including blog posts, graphics, and videosMaintain the CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot)Measure and report on the performance of our digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including HubSpot Analytics and Google AnalyticsManaging internal comms, working closely with HR, ensuring all content is collated via the relevant departments and artwork creationWorking with the HR Department in ensuring a quarterly social media plan includes various recruitment and peoples posts each week

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
