Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a successful organisation in Hampton. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week on-site and 2 days a week at home, with office days being either in Hampton or at another location in the Surrey area. Some flexibility to travel locally is required.
This is a generalist Business Partnering role where you will provide HR advice and support to employees on a broad range of people related matters. There are two direct reports, HR Advisor & HR Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
1. Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and processes including employee relations, recruitment, reward & recognition, performance management, staff development, training, health & well-being, equality & diversity and employee engagement
2. Coach managers on complex people related matters
3. Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders in order to act as a trusted partner
4. Proactively identify possible risks to people performance
5. Support the Head of HR in the creation and implementation of the HR strategy
6. Review People Performance data and provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Leadership Team
