Salary: £23,000 based on 37 hours
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness across all areas of the club.
2. Manage events, booking inquiries and liaise with customers.
3. Oversee daily bar operations and staff rotas.
4. Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring a knowledgeable and friendly team.
5. Manage inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
6. Prepare and cook food and/or refreshments for either sale or hospitality for guests to the club, where required.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in the bar and/or hospitality industry is essential.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
3. Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
6. Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
