My client, a great well know company based in Staffordshire are seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the recruitment team in a busy environment.
This position offers hybrid working 2 days in the office/3 from home with the potential of going permanent after 3 months.
Key duties include:
Contacting and speaking with potential candidates
Scheduling interviews and sending out interview confirmations via email
General administration / Sending out routine correspondence
Updating the system with any recruitment progression
This is a fast paced position, so you will need to be:
Highly organised with good attention to detail
A good communicator with the ability to build rapport with people
Proficient using Microsoft packages
