We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive within our Recruitment Agency in Bournemouth, Dorset.
With the right mind set this could be the perfect opportunity to kick start a career in the Recruitment industry at a local Company that has been established for over 25 years.
Alternatively, you may already be from a recruitment sales background and looking for a change.
About the Role:
1. Generate business (B2B) opportunities and build sales a pipeline through outbound Telesales to Companies across Dorset and Hampshire
2. You'll also have the opportunity to work using a bespoke CRM to generate leads and speak to local companies regarding their recruitment needs
3. Make lots of new Friends and create business relationships by generating site visits and identifying recruitment solutions
4. Enjoy the non scripted nature of Recruitment Sales and our company's unique selling points
5. Book site visits with potential clients and gain knowledge and experience in multiple sectors.
About You:
6. Minimum 2 years in B2B Telesales and Business Development
7. Proactive and Methodical in approach
8. Experience is B2B relationship building
9. Demonstrate strong sales closing skills whilst maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
10. Develop strong relationships with clients and understanding needs
Salary:
£negotiable per annum plus commission
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (5pm finish on Friday)
