We are currently seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our client’s production team in Radstock.
As a Production Line Operative, you will play a crucial role in the packaging of food products at our client’s facility in Radstock. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the production of high-quality food items.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate production machinery and equipment on the assembly line to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
2. Monitor the production line to ensure products are being packaged correctly, following the established quality standards.
3. Conduct regular quality checks on the packaged food items to identify any defects or issues, and report them to the supervisor.
4. Adhere to strict hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
5. Assist in the setup and teardown of production lines for changeovers and maintenance tasks.
6. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and deadlines.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and resolve any production-related issues.
8. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, downtime, and any quality issues.
9. Participate actively in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to production processes.
Requirements:
10. Previous experience working in a production line or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
11. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
12. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
13. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
14. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to adhere to them.
15. Flexible with working hours and able to work additional hours when required.
16. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
As a Production Line Operative, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality food products.
Hours:
17. 7:00am-16:00pm standard hours
18. Preferred if you are flexible to do other shifts when needed
19. 6:00am till 14:00pm
20. 14:00pm till 22:00pm
Salary: Up per hour, along with the potential for overtime and career progression opportunities.
