Working with a leading 5-star house builder, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join a brand new development in Blackburn, Lancashire, managing all aspects of the sales suite to ensure a smooth, exceptional customer experience from reservation through to completion.
The site in question here is a new development with first completions due in December 2024. Total units on site (consisting predominantly mixed tenure open market & some pre-sold plots) in excess of 160 homes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively generate and follow up on leads to maximize sales.
2. Conduct informative tours of homes for customers, guiding them through options.
3. Negotiate sales to meet targets, staying knowledgeable on all developments and purchase options.
4. Collaborate with the site team to stay informed and keep customers updated.
5. Ensure professional presentation and operation of the sales suite.

1. Actively reach out to potential customers, follow up on all inquiries, and use marketing tools to boost sales.
2. Provide informative and engaging tours of properties, making sure customers see the best of each site.
3. Manage sales visits efficiently, handling appointments and tailoring the experience for each customer.
4. Stay updated on all property details and purchase options to offer personalised solutions and close sales effectively.
5. Keep in close contact with customers throughout their purchase journey, addressing questions, handling cancellations, and offering alternatives if needed.
6. Work closely with site teams to stay informed on building progress, deliver top-notch home demonstrations, and maintain a welcoming sales area.
