Role Overview: Year 3/4 Teacher you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that engage and challenge students in this critical stage of their education. You will create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where every student feels valued, motivated, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that align with the Year 5 curriculum and educational objectives.
2. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, interests, and abilities of students.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, resilience, and a growth mindset.
4. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement targeted interventions to support individual learning goals.
5. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support student well-being and achievement.
6. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning practices.
Requirements:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
8. Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1/2, preferably in Year 3/4
9. A comprehensive understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
11. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
12. Dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
