Senior Audio Programmer – 12 Month Contract We are working with a multi-award-winning AAA games studio who are looking for somebody to join them as they embark on their next adventure, defining and executing the vision for their next project and settling into their gorgeous, newly refurbished studio. We are now searching for an experienced Senior Audio Programmer to join their Game Technology team on a 12-month contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Game Technology, Design, and Audio teams to incorporate audio hooks and systems into game features. Partner with audio designers to develop data-driven systems that link Wwise functionality to audio technical features. Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance audio integration efficiency. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in implementing audio systems and hooks (preferably with Wwise) for a variety of features in commercially released games (preferably AAA). Strong proficiency in C and C++, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code. Effective written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative approach to solving problems. A passion for and understanding of sound and music as artistic expressions.
