We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher - SENCo to join our team at The Holden School, a Therapeutic Led, Trauma Informed School providing individualised curriculums for students with a wide range of needs.

As part of our continued growth, this is an exciting opportunity to support the Headteacher with leadership and management, promoting effective education and care, and contributing to the learning, personal development, and well-being of all students.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Headteacher, SLT, and colleagues to ensure compliance with statutory regulation.
* Carry out Annual Reviews.
* Support the management of systems, routines, and processes in line with legal requirements.
* Support the Headteacher for senco in managing, organising, and administering the school, focusing on student progress and interventions.
* Lead and manage strategic areas of school development, working with the Headteacher and SLT.
* Establish communications that foster good relations with stakeholders, external agencies, individuals, and organisations.
* Provide information and advice to the Headteacher and Regional Director, supporting accountability processes throughout the school.
