PROJECT MANAGER (BILLABLE WORKS / SMALL WORKS)

As part of this commitment, we offer dedicated Project Management resources within the Billable Works team at Weybridge, supporting the successful delivery of reactive minor works projects.
In this role, the Billable Works Project Manager plays a critical part in overseeing the management and execution of projects, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, statutory compliance, and ISS's robust processes, policies, and procedures.
This ensures that all projects meet high standards of safety, efficiency, and effectiveness, contributing to the success of our partnership with our client.
A key focus will be on ensuring compliance, optimising quality, and maximising uptime to meet the needs of our clients.
This is a great development role, offering exposure to a wide variety of work, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), fabric maintenance, and fencing projects. Based on-site, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive and collaborative team while gaining hands-on experience across different aspects of facility management.

Provide project management support to the Billable Works team in the implementation and delivery of minor works project, ensuring consistent high standards of service.
Liaise with client to develop project scope, planning and change control
Manage and oversee the project risk register, making recommendations and ensuring corrective action is taken
Managed technical interface between Operational Technical Teams, ensure assets are fit for purpose for the environment and system
Manage the process of updating asset information back to the asset team
Extensive experience managing QHSE in a project environment (understanding of RAMS)
Experience in team collaboration and supporting a team to deliver quality projects
Experience of estimating and costing and practiced in presenting high quality tenders
Ability to understand the key financials, labour and material variables
