In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing plan and executing various online and offline marketing activities. You will create and manage digital content across multiple platforms, maintain offline marketing materials, and collaborate with external agencies. Additionally, you will update marketing databases, provide support to customers, and manage requests from the sales team. You will also be involved in organising events and trade shows.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B setting. Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector would be advantageous. A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred, but not essential. Strong copy-writing, content creation, and project management skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media is also required. Additionally, you should have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate creativity and initiative in generating new marketing ideas and content. You should be highly organised and efficient with strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to build relationships both within the organisation and with external parties are crucial. Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends and stay overnight at hotels is required.
