Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide personable first-line technical support to students and staff
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
4. Manage Google Workspace accounts and settings for students and staff
5. Provide training and support on Google Workspace applications
Requirements:
6. Access to a car (mileage will be paid)
7. Previous experience providing IT support (minimum 6 months)
8. An enhanced DBS check (not essential but will enable a faster onboarding)
9. Excellent attention to detail
10. Experience troubleshooting server issues
