As the Area Manager you will be a key member of staff in ensuring team members achieve expected outcomes, deliver exceptional client service, and adhere to industry best practices.
Your expertise in guiding and nurturing the advisor teams, combined with your proficiency in cultivating strategic alliances, will be pivotal in driving the success of the wealth planning services team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet performance targets and comply with best practices.
2. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, from junior/trainee advisors to seasoned IFAs, to support their professional growth.
3. Uphold the highest standards of client service and support throughout the team.
4. Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external entities to enhance business prospects.
5. Identify and implement process enhancements to boost team efficiency and efficacy.
6. Manage the Annual Reviews process and supervise competitive activities within the team.
7. Provide broader leadership assistance across the organization as directed by senior management.
8. Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to contribute to overall team accomplishments.
9. Support and guide a team of Administrators and Report Writers.
Requirements:
1. IFA Level 4 Diploma qualification for Financial Advisors (or equivalent).
2. Proven ability to inspire and coach teams to deliver exceptional service alongside consistent commercial performance.
3. Proficiency in performance management and delivering tailored financial advice.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively under pressure.
6. Thorough understanding of wealth planning processes, products, and protocols.
7. Experience in establishing and nurturing third-party relationships to drive business growth.
