Group Marketing Manager - LondonThis is an exciting opportunity to join our growing marketing team, working with our Head of Brand Marketing to help define and execute marketing and promotion of all key business areas at Hawksmoor. This includes campaign management and initiatives, events, sales, internal events.This is a hybrid role with travel around all Hawksmoor locations as required. To be considered for the role, you’ll be an experienced marketer with a genuine passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.You’ll be part of a broader marketing team, working collaboratively with stakeholders from around the business to reach and engage new and existing customers. This is alongside being rated as one of the most sustainable restaurant groups in the country and raising over £2 million for Action Against Hunger, as well as supporting several charities closer to home.Duties Include: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, creative, and digital teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver brand, budget, our commercial goals, and measurable results. With support of Global Head of Brand and channel owners, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and social media for the UK, Ireland, and US, ensuring consistent messaging and local market adaptation. Manage end-to-end campaigns, from brief to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and a focus on KPI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and organisations to enhance Hawksmoor’s visibility in each market. Desired experience: Substantial experience in omnichannel marketing role ideally in hospitality, lifestyle or e-commerce brands. Proven experience of leading and delivering multi-channel campaigns (online and offline) A natural aptitude for working autonomously, with confidence to use your own initiative and be proactive in making recommendations. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries or regions, ideally in the UK, Ireland, and US markets. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
