Our client is a successful, privately owned IT company based in the Worthing area. They have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking IT Field support Technician to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress within a successful, well established company offering continued training and development. The role will involve a combination of on-site client work (mainly within East and West Sussex), and being based at the company's offices. A company car and mobile phone are provided with this position.
As an IT Field Support Technician you will be supporting clients through our helpdesk, as well as visiting clients to resolve issues etc. Therefore you will need build reputable relationships with clients.
For this IT Field Support Technician position:
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience and knowledge in using the following:
* Server OS & Desktop OS
* Strong O365 support knowledge
* Networking - DHCP & DNS, Group Policy & AD
* PC Diagnostics & Fix
* Knowledge on Microsoft Exchange, Apple, Android, Virtualisation an advantage.
* To be able to work independently, with initiative.
* To be able to set priorities and manage time effectively.
* To be able to relate well to clients in a friendly and positive manner.
* To be able to carry out several ongoing tasks simultaneously.
