Are you a highly organised, sales focused manager who would love to lead our team within Chestnut Tree House’s busiest hospice charity chop in Selsey?
If so, we are looking for an independently minded, successful manager who is passionate about customer service to join our team of Managers supported by our Area Manager.
Responsibilities include: Delivering excellent customer service; managing a team of staff and volunteers; stock control; visual merchandising; liaison with the Distribution Centre for stock and furniture; using the EPOS system; daily cash handling and banking; ensuring the staff, volunteers, the shop and the site are safe and secure.
Experience in retail, sales or a similar fast-moving customer orientated environment is vital. Experience of working in a charity shop or knowledge of furniture sales is highly desirable.
