Job Description:
As a Lesson Supervisor, you will manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students are engaged and completing their assigned work. Your role will involve maintaining classroom discipline, delivering pre-set lessons, and supporting students as they complete their tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students during lessons, maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and support students with their work
* Manage classroom behavior in line with the school's policies
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and student behavior
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students in your care
Requirements:
* Previous experience in education or working with young people is beneficial but not essential
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Calm, adaptable, and proactive under pressure
* A genuine interest in education and student development
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check (or hold a valid one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
