The Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role, working with colleagues to help resolve medication-related issues, helping to utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes and ensure better access to healthcare. You will support practice staff with prescription and medication queries.

Previous primary care experience and being proficient with EMIS or System 1 is essential, although as this role is onsite, training can be provided / supported.
Desirable to already be on CPPE Primary Care pathway or will be willing to partake if needed, if you have extensive experience then we can look into getting an exemption for you.
