Business Development Executive
£25,000 + £8,000 OTE / Caton, Lancaster Hybrid / Permanent
My client, a leader in the conveyancing industry, are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven sales experience or be passionate about joining an award-winning sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Gathering leads to then be passed onto the wider Sales team to convert into new business opportunities
* Opportunity to convert self-generated leads and maintain existing client relationships
* Support the sales team in developing new sales strategies to target potential clients
* Attending industry events and networking events
* Supporting the team with onboarding new clients and other general administration
Essential Skillset
* Proven sales experience either face to face or telephone sales
* Sales experience in the property/real estate sector is desirable
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to work to targets and KPIs
* Resilient personality and ability to perfume under pressure

2. £25,000 + £8,000 on target earnings
3. Monday Friday, 9am 5:30pm
