Main Jobresponsibilities of the ServiceManageris:
Creating Rotasaround the needs of the serviceuser
Coaching Staffteamseffectively
Create andregularly update support plans to achieve positiveoutcomes.
Leading CQCinspections.
Ensuring thehomes are QAF and CQC compliant at all times.
