We have a new vacancy for a permanent part-time HR Co-Ordinator to work for a large technology company based in Godmanchester. The role will be approximately 22 hours per week across 3, 4, or 5 days and they can be flexible with these hours within reason. The salary range for this role is a Full Time Equivalent (FTE) £30,000 - £32,000. The salary will be prorated based on working hours. This role has potential to be worked on a hybrid basis but does require being in the office fully in the first few months and then any home working arrangements can be agreed on a discretionary basis.
JOB PURPOSE
To provide an effective, efficient, confidential and professional administrative service, together with generalist HR support across all areas of the Human Resources (HR) function.
MAIN DUTIES
• To co-ordinate recruitment activity, working closely with the Principal HR Advisor, including:
• To manage the HR database, ensuring records are kept up to date at any point in time (‘same day transactions’).
•Raising appropriate authorisation for employment contracts and tracking return of signed documentation, proactively flagging in advance of contract expiry.
• To draft documentation, including authorisation forms, letters, announcements etc, relating to leavers, promotions, salary increases, changes to terms and conditions etc for the review of the Principal HR Advisor.
