What are the core responsibilities of this role?
1. Accountable for delivering our health and social care workshops, which engage, motivate, and upskill learners.
2. Accountable for reminder communications to all learners attending your sessions.
3. Responsible for managing all fail-to-attend learners for all workshop sessions.
4. Responsible for updating each learner’s Smart Assessor file with the knowledge learned from the workshop, ensuring progress has been made, and closing the session accurately.
5. Accountable for offering learners additional support if required.
6. Responsible for offering additional support if any learner has an identified ALN.
7. Attend regular standardisation sessions with your peers to share best practices and review current or new course content.
8. Accountable for achieving learner feedback results at a 90% good or above score on peer observations.
9. Maintain knowledge and adherence to work-based learning professional standards, the education workforce’s code of practice, and the company’s code of conduct.
What skills and experience are we looking for in potential applicants?
Essential
10. Relevant training experience and qualification(s)
11. Experience working in an apprenticeship setting.
12. Occupational experience, knowledge, and technical competence in route delivery
13. Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
Desirable
14. PGCE/relevant teacher/trainer qualification
15. CAVA Unit: Classroom-based delivery.
16. Level 5 Practitioner Award
17. TAQA qualification or equivalent qualification
18. Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards:
19. AON Level 2: Digital Literacy Level 2
20. ESW Communication Level 2
