Receptionist
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms.
The role will require you to deliver an excellent service by being the first point of contact in our Head Office and managing our phone switch board. This role is full-time Monday-Friday with varying shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities as our Receptionist will include:
1. Working with other Receptionists on a shift rotation pattern opening and closing reception (8.00am – 4.00pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm)
2. Meeting and Greeting clients offering refreshments while waiting to be collected.
3. Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and well stocked Reception area including all meeting rooms
4. Answering a busy switchboard on behalf of AFH Wealth Management and other Acquisition companies directing calls as appropriate. Taking messages and forwarding to relevant person(s)
5. Issuing, cancelling, monitoring of building security passes to internal and external visitors. Creating reports requested by Management
6. Receiving hand delivered post and parcels and directing accordingly
7. Maintaining the electronic meeting room booking system
8. Organising internal and external meetings including, refreshments, IT requests, room layout changes
9. Tidying Boardrooms, maintaining and keeping stock of kitchen areas, assisting with stationery stock checking
