The Role
You will act as a Customer Service Administrator as part of a team of 8.
Duties will include (but not exhaustive):
* Responding to queries via email, post and telephone.
* Completing anti-money laundering checks as part of all customer due diligence, internal and external fraud controls.
* Office administration, including scanning documents.
* Complete Professional qualification that Margetts pay for and assign for you to complete
About You:
* Motivated
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Financial Services Experience (desired)
* Professional attitude and appearance (office presentable)
* Computer literate; Excel, Word and Outlook
* Highly organised with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload
The successful candidate is expected to study for relevant industry qualifications to increase their knowledge, as well as on the job skills through mastering and understanding all team tasks.
