JOB TITLE: Sales and Accounts Administrator - Immediate Start
LOCATION: Wellington, Somerset
SALARY: up to £29,000 PA (DOE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answering incoming calls and reception cover
2. Raise delivery notes and paperwork
3. Sales invoicing
4. Maintenance and filing of job bags and delivery documentation
5. Dealing with customer queries
6. Issuing credit application forms to new customers and obtain proforma payments if required
7. Processing credit card payments
8. Entering goods received onto system
9. Matching of supplier delivery notes to purchase invoices
10. Assist with resolving purchase ledger queries with suppliers
11. Collation of payroll hours
12. Updating staff holidays and absence records
13. Provide administration support to management & sales team
