Learning Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning Support Manager to lead and manage the provision of Additional Learning Support, delivering a high-quality, efficient, and legally compliant service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Additional Learning Support provision, ensuring it is effective, high-quality, and meets compliance standards.
Oversee the delivery of support, including accurate recording, funding claims, and data management, such as maintaining the UNIT-e ALS module.
Conduct audits, learner assessments, and observations to ensure that support needs are identified and addressed promptly.
Work closely with curriculum teams, exams staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate access arrangements, support learner assessments, and improve the overall learning experience.
Line-manage Learning Support Assistants, including recruitment, induction, performance reviews, and timetabling.
Promote and maintain strong communication between the Learning Support Team, teaching staff, and external stakeholders.
