Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective GTM strategies, driving market positioning and establishing the Group’s presence across key sectors. Lead and mentor high-performing teams in sales and marketing, cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Manage the Revenue Operations Dashboard to track sales performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities to pivot strategies as needed. Oversee customer acquisition strategies, optimising routes to market, whether through direct sales, strategic partnerships, or distribution networks. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure a unified approach to revenue-generating activities. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximising return on investment. Utilise technologies such as CRM tools and AI-powered innovations to drive operational efficiencies.
