Salary: £30,000–£36,000 per year (FTE) + 3% profit share from event profits + additional bonuses scheme.

Job Description:
As the Events Manager, you will lead the creation and delivery of an innovative new events arm of The Care Leaders. You will organise 4 smaller events across the UK for frontline workers and a flagship national conference, The Care Leaders Summit, for senior leaders and decision-makers. You will also collaborate with clients to facilitate training and contribute to consultancy projects, ensuring our events make a meaningful impact in children’s social care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute at least 4 smaller events for frontline workers across children's services.
* Organise and manage The Care Leaders Summit, a national conference for senior leaders, decision-makers, and frontline workers.
* Coordinate all event logistics, including venue booking, speaker management, ticket sales, and attendee communications.
* Collaborate with clients to support their events and training needs, scheduling and organising bespoke sessions.
* Contribute to consultancy projects where events and training are key workstreams.
* Gather attendee feedback and use insights to improve future events.

* Proven experience in event planning and execution.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to thrive in an evolving organisation and manage ambiguity.
* Ambitious, proactive, and capable of working independently.
* Passion for making a difference in children’s social care.
* Experience in consultancy or the social care sector is an advantage.
