This is a full-time office-based role, reducing to 20 hours per week outside of term-time.
There is no parking on site, so please factor this in when considering your application.
PA Responsibilities
1. Organising various meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting papers, booking of rooms, catering and AV requirements
2. Minute taking during all meetings and committees
3. Preparation of correspondence
4. Managing complex diaries
5. Dealing with incoming ‘phone calls and enquiries
6. Maintaining and organising filing systems
7. Updating handbooks.

PA Experience
15. It will be important that candidates can demonstrate senior EA or PA experience, gained within an academic setting;
16. It is essential that candidates are experienced in complex minute-taking;
17. Excellent IT skills – to be fully competent in the use of all aspects of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and willingness to learn new applications when required;
18. Financial literacy – the candidate should have a working understanding of how a finance function works;
19. Accuracy, attention to detail and an organised and methodical approach to work;
20. Ability to work calmly under pressure and to routinely reprioritise to meet deadlines;
21. Strong interpersonal skills – capacity to deal confidently with a wide-ranging mix of people;
22. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
