Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Buyer at Whole Food Earth® located in Ramsgate, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Retail Buyer will be responsible for tasks such as inventory management, purchasing, and retail buying. The role involves analysing market trends, communicating with suppliers, and managing the retail product selection.

What you will have to do:
* Analyse inventory data
* Manage plans for stock levels
* Regularly review performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels
* Maintain relationships with existing suppliers
* Seek out new suppliers and build relationships
* Source new suppliers for future products
* Negotiate with suppliers terms of the contracts and purchase terms
* Secure favourable pricing from suppliers
* Review and evaluate the current offerings available from suppliers
* Determining which goods to purchase and in what quantities
* Generate reports and forecasts
* Calculate profits, pricing, and company's needs
* Understand the rules of vendor management, allocation and price negotiation.
* Analyse consumer buying patterns and trends
* Keep up to date with market trends and react to changes in demand and logistics
* Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure projects are completed.
* Write reports and forecast sales
* Make decisions to drive the revenue
* Ensure supply meets demand
* Obtain feedback from customers
* Provide customer support when necessary
What to expect
