We're looking for a friendly and organised individual to join our client's team as a Part-time Receptionist, providing essential support and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.

Shift Pattern:
15 hours per week (Tuesdays & Fridays, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Your responsibilities as a Part-Time Receptionist:
1. Ensure calls are transferred to the right department.
2. Sign in visitors/contractors, print badges using VMS.
3. Manage bookings for meeting rooms and boardrooms.
4. Sort incoming mail, send out packages, arrange couriers (mainly DHL).
5. Organise travel for UK employees.
6. Help with invoice tracking for payment processing.
7. Assist with various office tasks, including using the franking machine for outgoing post.
Requirements:
1. Previous administrative experience.
2. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
3. Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
