Main duties of the job
1. Monitoring patient's conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
2. Assisting in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
3. Ensuring that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.
4. Assisting patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living whilst ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.

The role will involve, but not be limited to youperforming the above.
What you'll need:
9. Minimum of 6 months Acute HCSW UK (Private,NHS or Armed Forces) hospital/hospice experience within the last 2 years
OR
10. Currently studying General/Adult Nursing(Student Nurse) and completed a minimum of 12 weeks clinical placements.*
*Depending on the Trust, youmay require variable additional certification and skills.

Essential
23. Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks clinical placements.
24. Care Certificate from an NHS Organisation
25. QCF Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Support Services issued after 2011
26. QCF Level 2 OR above Diploma in Health & Social Care or Clinical Healthcare Support issued after 2011
27. QCF Level 3 OR above Diploma in Healthcare Support or Maternity & Paediatric Support issued after 2011 (For Paediatric & Maternity roles only)
28. Degree /Diploma in Nursing and currently do not have an NMC Registration.
