My client, within the manufacturing sector, is currently hiring for an interim HR Business Partner to join their team. This position will encompass both strategic initiatives and generalist responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with global HR teams to roll out essential HR processes.
* Oversee recruitment efforts while driving internal talent development and succession planning initiatives.
* Manage the current annual appraisal system and ensure its smooth execution.
* Actively participate in and provide support for a variety of HR-related projects.

Role Requirements:
* A degree in HR or a CIPD qualification (L5 / L7).
* A minimum of 8 years' HR experience.
* Proven expertise within the manufacturing industry.
