We are seeking a dedicated A Level Music Teacher to join our secondary school in Bradford for a full-time position. You will be responsible for teaching A Level Music students, with a focus on both theory and practical applications, including National Extended Music and Sound Engineering.
Requirements:
1. QTS or PGCE in Music is essential.
2. Proven experience teaching A Level Music and knowledge of National Extended Music and Sound Engineering.
3. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
4. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
5. Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in A Level Music and Sound Engineering.
6. Plan, prepare, and assess student's work in line with the curriculum.
7. Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student progress.
8. Monitor and track student development, providing feedback and targeted support.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of music education.
