Requirements
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential
8. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
9. An enhanced DBS on the update service
10. Minimum of 3 Months teaching experience in the UK
11. Experience of teaching Maths in KS3 and KS4
12. A proven track record of recent and successful class teaching in an 11-16 school
13. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Responsibilities
14. Must deliver Maths lessons up to KS4 GCSE
15. Plan, prepare, and deliver suitable lessons within the specialist subject area, ensuring accessibility for all students
16. Attend staff training sessions and meetings
17. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and achievement.
18. Uphold discipline using various classroom management techniques in alignment with the school's behaviour management policy
19. Guide students in applying mathematical concepts to real-world scenarios
