First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Hire Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Your focus will be to manage all aspects of running a busy hire office/shop.
2. Build robust relationships with customers to foster future business relationships.
3. You will establish and maintain the correct stock levels.
4. Providing hands on assistance to customers.
5. Logistics and driver management. Use of hire software.
Skills and Qualifications:
6. The successful hire manager candidate will need to be customer focused and able to problem solve. Well organised and determined. Previous hire experience or technical experience an advantage. Leadership skills and customer focused. Must hold a valid clean UK driving licence.

Salary: £35,000+ DOE, plus additional benefits.
