We have an exciting opportunity within our Events department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated College Events Administrator (Internal Venue Bookings & Software).
About the role:
You will join on a full time, permanent basis (35 hours per week).
The successful incumbent will provide full administrative support to the College Events team, as the key event booking software and database administrator, include the booking of College functions, facilities and events on the College event/venue management software, Kinetic (Kx).

Key responsibilities:
* Administrate and be point of contact for venue and College event/function bookings, queries and enquiries
* Provide administrative assistance for the College functions
* Assist with the building and administration of all Box Office and ticketing websites
* Provide admin and on the day hands-on physical support for all required events
* Create and maintain user guides for the various events
Person Specification:
The successful incumbent must have:
* 1+ years of working in an office and/or school environment
* 1+ years of hospitality or events-based work e.g. corporate events, venue events etc
* Strong office and administrative skills including the full MS Office Suite
