COMPANY PROFILE
Our client is seeking a receptionist to join their team at a prestigious business centre. The role involves providing exceptional reception and administrative support, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Ensure the efficient running of the front office by adhering to company policies, maintaining high standards of service, and creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
·While switchboard use will be minimal, provide clients with direct phone numbers when necessary and ensure that calls are redirected appropriately.
·Oversee parcel collection by companies each morning and deliver post to individual company offices as needed by placing it under their doors during office rounds.
·Maintain an up-to-date log of all company arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate tracking throughout the day.
·Assist the Business Centre Manager with various administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, overseeing client move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring smooth operational procedures.
·Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and communal spaces are kept clean and organised, and that visitor greetings are warm and professional.
·Respond promptly to client inquiries, manage complaints in a professional and timely manner, and provide support that aligns with company standards and procedures.
·Anticipate and resolve issues independently, escalating only when necessary to the manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
·The role requires significant independent work, so strong self-motivation and the ability to manage tasks efficiently without constant supervision are essential.
SKILLS REQUIRED

·High organisational skills and good time management
·Excellent communication skills with a well presentable and professional attitude to work
·Clear and professional speaking tone with good command of English
·A helpful team player who is reliable, punctual, and quality focused
·Flexible to work after hours ensuring work standards are always achieved (in special circumstances)
·Computer literate with knowledge of word, excel & outlook with ability to learn quickly
