With key locations in Thatcham, Hertfordshire, and Glasgow, we’re looking for a skilled Contracts/Project Manager to oversee contracts ranging from £100,000 to £2 million.
Oversee multiple contracts and projects end-to-end, ensuring all tasks, targets, and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources effectively, ensuring smooth execution of projects with shared teams across various contracts.
Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting, while meeting all contract requirements and service levels.
Implement risk management strategies, maintain quality and compliance, and consistently achieve client objectives.
Continuously improve project management processes to drive efficiency and deliver excellence.
A proven background in civils, groundworks, or infrastructure projects, with experience handling complex, multi-disciplinary contracts.
Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, both individually and leading a team.
Financial management skills with experience in budgeting and project financial oversight.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Work on impactful projects that contribute to community development.
Salary £45,000-£55,000 + bonus + health insurance
