Assist business teams follow compliance rules when creating or updating products and services. Assist with key projects that support the company’s growth plans. Review and approve marketing materials and promotions, working closely with the Marketing team and meeting agreed deadlines. Provide practical advice to managers and project teams on handling regulatory issues and set clear steps to address them. Deliver compliance training to ensure employees understand and follow new and existing rules. Manage the Compliance Mailbox by responding to regulatory questions from the business. Stay informed about FCA/PRA requirements and how they affect the business. Promote a culture focused on Conduct Risk and positive Customer Outcomes. Understand how Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly, Consumer Duty, Risk Management, and Solvency II relate to the role and suggest improvements when needed.
