Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-known business in the Crawley area on a 6-monthfixed term contract.
Your duties will include:
* Inputting supplier invoices onto the system
* Allocating payments in the accounting system to the appropriate codes and ensuring correct codes are used
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Ensuring that invoices are processed and returned promptly to assist good payment performance results
* Contacting suppliers for missing invoices
* Filing and scanning invoices daily
* Supplier statement account reconciliations
* Handle disputed accounts and bring to the attention of the senior management if unable to resolve
Key requirements:
* Experience in purchase ledger is essential
* You must be immediately available
* You must be a car driver due to the location
