Shifts: 6 am - 6 pm, 7 am - 7 pm, 8 pm - 8 am, 10 am - 10 pm (full-time) & 2 pm - 8 pm and 6 pm - 12 am (part-time). Must be fully flexible to cover Days, Nights & Weekends.

Job Description
Your positive attitude and passion for providing high quality care and support will be your key strengths. You will provide support with day-to-day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support.

Responsibilities
* Supporting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and personal care
* Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes
* Assistance and support to attend medical appointments
* Observe, monitor, and record physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes to senior staff
* Encouragement to participate in social and recreational activities
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature
* Empathy, understanding, and patience
* Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
* Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
* The ability to anticipate and respond to challenges
* Competent in verbal and written English
* A healthcare qualification is desirable, but not essential
