The ideal candidate:
We welcome applications from individuals with relevant experience. You could be an experienced teaching assistant or worked as a support worker for individuals with additional needs. You may be a talented sports coach with an abundance of enthusiasm for supporting young people. Whatever your background, the non-negotiable is that you have a real passion for working with young people with additional needs!

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff and parents/carers
About the role:
* Providing general classroom support, in addition to 1:1 support and small group interventions when required
* Support the teacher with lesson preparation and supervision, including gathering resources and setting up activities
* Promote the safeguarding of all children, ensuring they feel safe and well supported
* Manage behaviour effectively and meet students needs in line with their EHCP’s
* Support the students overall access to the curriculum
You will be required to work 8am - 3pm, Monday to Friday during term-time only. You will be well supported and will receive regular opportunities for professional development.
