Back End Developer Role and Responsibilities As a Back End Developer, you will collaborate with the Head of Engineering and Head of Development to support and deliver on client projects. Your responsibilities will include: Building and optimising websites with clean, well-documented code. Working closely with internal teams to align on briefs, ensuring client expectations are met. Contributing to the agency’s tech discovery and supporting retainer and project-based work. Analysing data and website structure, taking action based on performance recommendations. Skills and Experience The agency places strong emphasis on personal development and career progression and is committed to providing a structured development plan. The agency seeks candidates with: 3 years of Web Development experience (agency experience ideal). Advanced skills in Craft CMS and PHP (essential).
