MacGregor and MacDuff is looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager at our kilt store just outside Edinburgh located by the airport. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to deliver a great in-store customer experience, to drive sales and become part of our expanding and ambitious team.
Full training will be given for the role.
Full Driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
* Coaching and motivating your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service,
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered (full training will be given in regards to the kilt industry - no experience of the kilt industry is required),
* Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs,
Experience preferable but not required:
* Ideally at least 6 months experience displaying managerial qualities,
* Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience,
* Self-motivated to achieve great results,
* Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing retail environment,
* Shows initiative and demonstrates a high work ethic,
