Customer Service Executive
Location: Hook
Salary: £28,000 plus 10% discretionary bonus
Shifts: 37.5 hours 5 days a week including every other weekend. Rotating shifts 8:00-16:15 and 9:45-18:00. Sunday hours 10:00-16:00
My client based in Hook is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their fast-growing team. The purpose of this role is to deliver a customer-obsessed approach through every interaction, ensuring the customer gets a true understanding of the purpose of the company.
Role Accountabilities:
1. Handle queries from customers through email, calls, and live chat, both outbound and inbound.
2. Look for ways to improve customer satisfaction by proactively managing customer needs and highlighting opportunities for development.
3. Build relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Experience in Zendesk product solutions is desirable, but not a necessity.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service and productivity KPIs.
* Experience in Conversational Commerce, such as LivePerson, is desirable.
* Experience in both customer services and financial services is desirable.
* Proven ability to build strong working relationships.
* Experience in sales through service is desirable.
