We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our talented team of Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives. If you’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, closing big deals, and expanding global reach, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the charge in representing MARCO’s innovative solutions, using your comprehensive knowledge of our products to meet client needs.
* Inspire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, driving them toward excellence in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our customer base, increase revenue, and elevate our presence globally.
* Attend key conferences, trade fairs, and networking events as the face of Marco, strengthening industry relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* Monitor sales performance, analyse data trends, and ensure the team consistently meets ambitious sales targets.
* Provide accurate and actionable sales forecasts, ensuring business decisions are driven by reliable insights.
* Stay at the forefront of industry developments, continuously honing your leadership and technical knowledge to guide your team effectively.

* Establish and optimise sales processes, setting clear KPIs that align with company objectives.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying needs and tailoring solutions to exceed expectations.
* Track, analyse, and communicate key business metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making at all times.
* Train, coach, and monitor the performance of your team, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with CAPEX, hardware and software sales are essential
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in sales management within a corporate environment, with a proven track record of success.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
* Expertise in CRM systems and sales best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a passion for strategic planning.
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support global initiatives.
