The Role
Business Development Executive.
A new opportunity for a Business Development Executive with a history of B2B sales experience and strong relationship building skills. Ideally, you will have experience of either the apprenticeship or recruitment sectors, with a willingness to proactively meet current and prospective customers at networking events or at client meetings.
Responsibilities
1. Attend relevant networking events to generate leads and build relationships with clients.
2. Engage in outbound prospecting activities via telephone, email, LinkedIn, networking and client meetings to open up new opportunities.
3. Generate new business through effective telephone, marketing and customer engagement activities, ensuring company standards are exceeded.
4. Compelling present a range of company services in public/online presentations.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
6. Ensure quality and accuracy in completion of required documentation, processes and systems,
Requirements
7. Experience building relationships with local businesses.
8. Experience working in the apprenticeship or recruitment sector.
9. A history of converting prospects into sign ups.
10. Experience attending networking events.
11. A history of B2B sales experience.
12. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
13. Good, general IT skills (Excel, Word, CRM ect).
14. Full clean driving licence and access to your own car.
Based in Worcester, with client base spread across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.
Hybrid remote working available, although candidates MUST be local to the three counties.
Salary circa £35, + Bonus.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
