Rate of Pay: £12.74ph rising to £13.74ph after 12 weeks

Days/Hours of work: Mon- Fri 9am 5pm (35 hours per week)
Overview of the role:
* 1st Line Technical Support using Service Desk Software (Samanage).
* undertake UAT testing with the team when required
* Provide efficient and effective support to system users.
* Ensure that service desk requests are logged and processed efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner
* Resolving tickets on a 1st line level and where necessary, take detailed info and escalate to a more senior IT personnel for support.
* Undertake any other related work under the direction of the IT Management Team
Person Requirements :
* Highly motivated with excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Good experience of IT systems and accurate keyboard skills
* Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the telephone
* Experience in working in a customer focused environment
* Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
* Previous Service Desk experience
